“Knowing when to walk away is WISDOM. Being able to is COURAGE. Walking away with your head held high is DIGNITY.” May this weekend bring relaxation and restoration 🙏🏾 Dress @essence_ca Sandals @shoezonegh
Creatives Corner : Sip & Talk by @creativesanonymousgh is exactly a week away😫💃🏾 See you at @hydegarden on the 19th! The aim of this event is to create a safe space to talk about mental health using creativity and art as a medium. Personal events of this year have solidified my stance and amplified my voice in relation to this topic. Let’s break the stigma and unlearn what we think we know about our mental wellbeing. We have some excited things for you, register through the link in my bio. P.s It’s a FREE event! Picture @aku_hoggar_
Started reading The Four Agreements (suggested by my good sis @deeannkentishrogers) on Sunday and I’ve been on a different wave since then. Good books can change your life by transforming your mindset. From today onwards I’ll remember to 1. Be impeccable with my words 2. Not take things personally 3. Not make assumptions 4. Always do my best P.s I’m currently reading 3 books simultaneously because I want to achieve my 26 book challenge for the year What books are you reading and what have they taught you? As a young person living in the 21st century, it is vital to have digital skills. The African continent is not only the fastest growing continent but also a hub for digital innovation. A few weeks ago, I joined @ameyaw112 , @diyaolhaqq and @coliba_gh Comm & Digital Manager on a panel discussion at the Young African Leaders Summit @yales_africa on what digital impact and future looks like. For me, that largely includes introducing digital literacy to every girl in Africa. On #worldhumanrightsday let’s remember the rights we enjoy now that have been fought for us and let that gratitude fuel our actions to strive for a better future for generations to come.

There are 17 Sustainable Development Goals in total. At DSKVRD, our vision for the African continent is simple: Eliminating gender and wealth disparities. When young girls are empowered, their communities benefit. We believe that through self-discovery, their purpose and role in the larger society will be uncovered. I stand for SDGs 1, 2, 4 & 5, which one(s) are you working towards? P.s Go check out my IGTV highlight of the Accra SDGs Investment Fair to see all 17 goals
